Cortex Dynamic Implant

The Cortex Dynamic Implant is a type of titanium screw implant. It has three excellent features. First, it has a perfect contact. Excellent surface qualities are achieved by applying special treatment to the surface, which creates perfect contact between the implant and the bone. Second, it features a quick and easy bone penetration. The threading system allows easier insertion and bone penetration. This results in less friction and heating of the bone, causing less bone trauma, and allowing quick and continuous implant procedure. The threads at the apex of the implant are thinner and longer, allowing faster and smoother bone penetration. Third, the Dynamic Implant also features an ultimate bone compression, a unique design that uses varying thread pitch, creating a pressure that builds up gradually and evenly all through the length of the implant. Varying thread shapes starting from narrow threads at the implant apex, and gradually changing into wider threads at the implant's head, creates pressure that builds up gradually when inserting the implant. The wet sand-blasted surface of the implant encourages perfect and quick osseointegration, which insures immediate continuity of the procedure.
The application for its use is that it is recommended for bone density type III, IV, for immediate loading, for immediate implantation, for sinus lifting.
